He is Risen!

He is risen indeed!

Georgia Kate celebrated her first Easter this year in Dallas/Coppell with our families! It was also our last time in Dallas for while (*sniff *sniff), so we definitely were savoring every moment!

Saturday, we went to Papa and Gram's house to hang out. We even visited an estate sale! We had a lot of fun.

Aunt Katie was singing at FBC Coppell for Easter services, so we all went there with Granddad, Marmee, and Uncle Bill Sunday morning. Georgia did awesome and we were able to stay for the entire service! It was Georgia's first time at church, too!

Then, it was back to Granddad and Marmee's house for Easter with the Shearin Clan! The food was YUMMY and the laughter contagious! What a wonderful day we had!

So many relatives held and loved on GK! She is one BLESSED baby! :)

We had our annual Shearin Family Basketball Game. The 'court' could be a bit crowded, but we had so much fun.

I am lucky to absolutely love being around my cousins! They make me laugh harder when we are together than I do with anyone else in the world! It seems to be rare these days to enjoy your extended family so much, but we love spending time together and always have. That's the legacy we've been given by our wonderful grandparents - George and Mary Ross Shearin. We all treasure their memories.

Happy Easter, World! I pray you took time to grasp the magnitude of the sacrifice that was made for us on the cross and the miracle of the resurrection of Christ by which death was defeated!
